This is what summer is all about - sitting and relaxing with your feet dangling in a nice, cool stream. Aliya wasn't quite tall enough for her feet to reach so Papa Bruce had to lift her into the water. She had a ton of fun kicking and splashing. Unfortunately Papa's boots got soaked but they sure had fun! What we wouldn't give to have a nice, cool stream to play in right about now. I love summer but these Phoenix summers last FOREVER! Low hundreds would feel great right about now!

Love your pictures in this post. And have loved reading your past posts. Sounds like you had a great time there in Utah. Thanks for all of your comments. That is so funny Matt and Tony have the same callings. Work is ok here, a BIG adjustment for Matt, some days are good and other he really misses LC. Very different from LC. Matt says he wants to call Tony sometime and see how things are going. We will have to track down your number. Try not to melt:)
T-how cute! That is the difference of boys and girls though! Your girls want to put their feet in the creek, where my boys would be jumping in it trying to catch the fish with their bare hands and see who could get ALL of grandpa wet...not just the boots. What a sacrafice on Bruce's part.... his boots?!! You don't mess with a cowboys boots! (I won't tell him he plays dress up cowboy well :)
